4 Easy Steps to Download Articles from the 
Journal of Public Procurement

• Click on the link to go "Subscribers Only" page. Please enter your user name and password at the prompt.

• Choose/click a journal year to view the volume and issue numbers that are available for that year.
  
  Note: Active links are either red or blue. Accordingly, the current issue is shown as a red link; older issues are shown as blue links.

• Next, click on the desired Volume/Number to access its table of contents. 

• Then, click on an article title you wish to download (PDF format).
