UNDP
Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office
Established in 1978 and part of the United
Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Inter-Agency Procurement
Services Office (IAPSO) seeks to promote Inter-Agency cooperation
and coordination, foster the public procurement body of knowledge,
coordinate procurement arrangements with UN entities drawing on
respective strengths and mandates, provide a full range of
procurement services to the organizations of the UN system and the
development community, make a development impact, and advocate for
change and procurement reform.

The U.S. General Services
Administration
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA)
secures the buildings, products, technology, and other essentials
federal agencies need; and sells surplus federal property, such as
real estate and vehicles, to the public. In addition, GSA develops
and implements policies that promote the best management practices
government-wide. Roughly 14,000 GSA associates support over one
million federal workers located in 8,300 government-owned and leased
buildings nationwide. For

FAU/Public Procurement Research Center
Florida Atlantic University (FAU), a state
research university, serves over 26,000 students. One of the fastest
growing universities in the country, FAU offers a wide variety of
academic programs. Under the 1999 Partnership Agreement between NIGP
and FAU,
the Public Procurement Research Center (PPRC) was
created in 1999 to assist NIGP in providing NIGP members with
applied research, training, education and scholarly publications in
public procurement. Moreover, the Center's purpose is to build a
professional community of scholars and practitioners devoted to
improved efficiency, equity, green procurement, and transparency in
